Reservation terms and conditions
- Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12 noon.
- Any Cancellation must be made 48 hrs. prior to arrival date in order to avoid Cancellation Charges. Hotel reserves the right to cancel Non-Guaranteed bookings post 18:00 hrs. on date of arrival without any prior intimation. Any No-Show against Guaranteed Reservation will attract Retention Charges equivalent to one night room charges (Incl. of applicable taxes).
- The Subtotal above is an estimate only and does not represent the full amount for your stay. Additional charges, taxes and fees may apply according to the prevalent Government norms. The actual total will be provided to you at check-out upon request.
- Any change in the reservation including number of guests, length of stay or dates may result in a change to the total.
- Please note applicable Government taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
- For all prepaid reservations, rooms will be confirmed until hotel check-out time of the following day and for that reservation which is not prepaid, rooms will be held until 18:00 hrs on date of arrival.
- Keeping in mind recent Government notification, guests are required to present identity & address proof at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel. We request all guests to carry a photo Id to present at check-in.
a) Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
b) Indian nationals can present any one of the following:- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- Aadhar Card
- Gujarat being a dry state, consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited by Law, provided you have a valid liquor permit to avail the Facility in your individual room & not in any Public space. Admission of liquor into the hotel is subject to possession of valid permit. In case the guest / any person carrying the liquor into the hotel does not have valid permit, the liquor bottle will be confiscated by reception and shall be returned to the guest during leaving the hotel premises.
- Please Note : The indoor and outdoor sports area of the Club is for the perusal of Club Members only. All in-house guests will have an access to fitness center and swimming pool. The usage of swimming pool is subject to wearing of suitable swimming costume & swimming cap
- Early Departure : At the time of arrival you need to confirm your departure date, you may like to change your departure date prior to the arrival date if your rate plan permits. After reconfirming your departure date if you decide to check out early, you may be charged for the nights of early departure
